Watch as I change the Manual Trans fluid in our 2004, An easy job, but a minor Pain to refill the trans. I used oem honda MTF fluid, resonably priced from the dealer. You will need 2 quarts if you do not spill any. I suggest getting 3 to be safe. Make sure you get at least 1.7 quarts into the trans.

I did this last weekend. Taking off the air silencer certainly made a ton more room to work on it. Thanks for your videos Joe, it has helped a bunch!

Nice video, but I am not sure why you went to all the trouble of removing the air silencer. I just did this by simply using a longer run of tubing. This way I could run it through an indirect route right to the filler hole without unbolting anything. Whole thing except for the time waiting for the oil to run down the tubing about 10 min. The trick is to use a thing tubing which is easily maneuvered. Thanks!
Good informative video! Saved me lots of money!
Kudos to you sir. Very well and easily explained! You should really post more of your DIY videos for the 7th gen civic. I know you have more.
Again, great job
Pretty good explanation.
